Dragonfly-Movement-with-poem-400x299

The Mission.

If I’ve learned anything in my many years on this planet, it’s that the way to change the world is to start with our own thoughts.

As women get older (and who doesn’t?), there’s a lot of talk about feeling invisible. But I wonder if that’s because we don’t see our own value.

What is instead of focusing on the wrinkles under our eyes, we start appreciating the light within them?

And what if, in choosing to honor our experience, our wisdom and our gifts, the outside world rises up to meet our inside world?

No matter what age or stage we’re at in our lives, when one of us dares to crawl out from under our fears, it lifts us all up.

And that’s exactly what I hope my writings, paintings, videos and Channeled Flight Instruction will do for you.

So, come dragonfly fly with me. And let’s find the magic in our muck.

(Oh, and if you’d like a little music to fly by, listen to this.*)

*I wrote the words and my dragonfly friend Aradhana Silvermoon provided the music and her gorgeous voice.

    Lovely song!

Thank you Michelle. The words just “flew” in to me. And I was blessed to reconnect with a young singing dragonfly who had been our son’s nanny. I love her voice.

Yes! United, together can we unfurl and fly.

Thank you Wendi for taking me on a DragonFly flight, I enjoyed the beautiful music. XoXo

I’m so happy to hear that, Ruth that you liked the song. I wrote the words but a beautiful former nanny of ours, turned it into music and added her magical, soulful voice. Thank you for flying by. Big love, Wendi

Thank you so much! You’re story has already given me hope. I’m looking forward to flying with you.

Your poem, “Unzipped,” found my soul. Saturday, the Women’s March, was the first march in which this 69 year old lady has ever participated. Thank you. Your words found what my heart was feeling.

Thank you, Marilyn. That was my Mom’s name and I was just thinking how I wish I could have shared all this with her. So happy another Marilyn flew by…and with such a loving message. As long as we dare to try new things, I don’t think we’ll ever get old.

I sent you a private email about a few things, but want to comment here!

I met you at the storytelling event 3/19 and loved your story and your spirit! I jumped off my life about a year ago and moved from LI/NY to LA/CA….after 57 years on LI! Crazy? I think NOT! I feel compelled and guided to share my gift with the world…and what better way than to make changes and surrender to my inner voice.

I appreciated your story, Wendi! So very much! We are a tribe together! We are more alike than we are different. I love that!

I love how you are bringing your gift to the world in this next chapter for you! It’s of course why I was drawn to you, too!

If I can help in your mission; to help support you in any way….you just say the word! 🙂

    Keep it comin’ sistah!

Thank you, Lucia. Your comments here mean so much to me. You are truly a dragonfly and I know that wherever you spread your wings, you are spreading
much positivity and inspiration and joy. Keep soaring. xoxoWendi
