Can’t sit still? Gratitude walks could be your spiritual practice.

Annika asked me to talk about a simple spiritual practice than anyone can do, at any time.

Since I’ve never been good at sitting still, I created a walking meditation. And when you walk with an attitude of gratitude,it’s about much more than exercise.
